重開實體崇拜指引及守則 :

為了減低傳播新冠病毒的風險，我們必須遵守將實施的全新安全條例和程序，以彼此保護：

• 來參加實體崇拜的會眾只限成年人，并且人數限制在 50 人以內。

• 來參加實體崇拜的會眾必須先行登記，登記服務將提前一週開放，額滿即止。登記時間為週一上午 9:00 至週五下午 3:30。

• 如果您有任何不適，請留在家中。在過去 14 天之內，如果您出現過感染（或疑似感染）新冠病毒的任何症狀、或接觸過任何感染（或疑似感染）新冠病毒症狀的人，請不要登記參加實體崇拜。被政府衛生部門指引進行自我隔離的人或与自我隔離的人亲密接触的人，亦不可登記參加崇拜。

• 每一個參加實體聚會的人必須戴上口罩（或其它面部防護用品）。

• 進入教會必須接受體溫檢測，並進行實名登記，以及提供最新可通訊電話號碼。收集的信息將僅保留30天，並且僅在相關衛生當局要求和/或指導下用於聯繫追踪使用。

• 進入教會必須嚴格遵守進出和行進路線指引規範，並注意保持社交距離。

• 教會內暫時不可進行任何聚餐或飲食活動。

• 進入大堂崇拜時，請按照司事的指引，坐在指定的座位上，請不要隨意自行更換座位。

• 在敬拜時，除了領詩之外，我們鼓勵大家「默唱」，會眾歌詠將暫停舉行。

• 衛生間同時只能容納兩人。

• 在每一場崇拜之後，將會進行消毒清潔。

• 崇拜結束後，請即離開。

Guidelines and rules for re-opening physical worship:

In order to reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus, we must comply with the new safety regulations and procedures to be implemented to protect each other:

• The physical worship is for adults only and the number of people who come to participate in physical worship is limited to 50.

• People who come to participate in physical worship must register first, and the registration will be opened one week in advance. Registration will be closed once a maximum of 50 is reached. The registration time is from 9:00 AM on Monday to 3:30 PM on Friday.

• If you have any discomfort, please stay at home. Within the past 14 days, if you have any symptoms of infection (or suspected infection) of Coronavirus, or have been exposed to any symptoms of infection (or suspected infection) of Coronavirus, please do not register to participate in physical worship. People

who have been self-isolated under the guidance of the government health department , or who stay with self-isolated people are not allowed to register for worship.

• Everyone attending a physical gathering must wear a mask or other face protection.

• Those who enter the church must undergo a temperature test, register with real name, and provide the latest phone number. The information collected will only be stored for 30 days and only used for contact tracing as requested and/or directed by the relevant health authorities.

• Those who enter the church must strictly abide by the guidelines for entering, exiting and traveling routes, and pay attention to social distancing.

• Refreshment is not allowed in the church for the time being.

• When entering the sanctuary for worship, please sit in the designated seat according to the instructions of the usher, please do not change seats by yourself.

• During worship, only the song leader is allowed to sing aloud. The rest of the people are to sing in their hearts.

• The washroom can only accommodate one person at a time.

• After each worship, the church will be disinfected and cleaned.

• Please leave immediately after the worship
